About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Sales Executive to join our Plymouth team at Genese Solution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative IT products and services, establishing strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific IT challenges and objectives, proposing customised solutions that align with their business goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to our target markets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through proactive sales efforts

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in partner relations management and a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategies, revenue generation, and client relationship management
  • Experience in developing and executing territory expansion and management plans, identifying and managing strategic partnerships to achieve business growth
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of motivating and guiding sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in high value technical/solutions sales
