  • Collaborate with the project manager to initiate new project activities and define key operational deliverables
  • Monitor the development of key operational deliverables throughout project milestones
  • Assess the operational readiness of new project implementations before transitioning into Service Operations
  • Anticipate and influence business demand for IT services
  • Oversee the deployment process for new IT Operations capabilities
  • Manage IT infrastructure changes to minimize risks to business services
  • Effectively communicate IT operational needs with stakeholders
  • Stay informed about corporate IT developments

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Service Transition lifecycle stages and processes
  • In-depth understanding of service transition principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in ITIL framework
  • Demonstrated leadership in IT service transition activities across physical and cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service transitions
