Nurse Practitioner/Room Leader Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner/Room Leader to join our team at Nurse Seekers, near Catford, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality childcare and education.

About the Position

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met in the Baby Room. You will work closely with parents, manage a team, and develop trusting relationships with families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal welfare and curriculum requirements
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality childcare and engaging learning experiences
  • Maintain a safe and protected environment for children
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents and families
Key Requirements
  • Holding a full and relevant Level 3 qualification as defined by the Department of Education
  • Previous experience working with babies under two years old
  • A passion for delivering exceptional childcare and education
