We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you will be the public face of one of our charities, interacting with the public and seeking their support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities- Visit specific streets and houses in pre-allocated areas by postcode to engage with the public and solicit donations.
- Work independently, using your own initiative to reach and surpass targets.
- Provide excellent communication skills and build immediate face-to-face rapport with members of the public.
- Meet core hours of 11am-7pm, with a focus on the twilight hours of 5-7pm when most people are at home.
- Previous experience as a door-to-door sales person or significant experience in other face-to-face sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with the public.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- The desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.
- A basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, with an uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE).
