Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Four Recruitment. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading on all day-to-day HR activities and providing strategic support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
- Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
