Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate European energy markets and ancillary service markets to identify participating criteria for all relevant asset types.
  • Support the business development team in assessing the value of flexibility for regions across Europe.
  • Represent Kraken in industry forums to accelerate the energy transition.
  • Utilise data analysis, modelling, and first-hand market research to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify areas of analysis required to deliver upcoming roadmap items.
  • Work closely with customers to navigate complex energy markets and understand the Kraken offering.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working in a similar role within European energy markets.
  • The ability to respond to complex briefs and technical documents, communicating appropriate strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex quantitative data and information.
