We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services, focused on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  1. Case Management: Running and managing your own caseload within the family team under the supervision of the director.
    1. Private Law Children Matters
    2. Divorce
    3. Financial Settlements
    4. Separation
    5. Domestic Violence
    6. Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
    7. Cohabitee disputes
  2. Complex Matters: Dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters.
  3. Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
  4. Advocacy: Representing clients in court and providing effective advocacy.
  5. Business Development: Networking and developing business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  6. Requirements: A good academic record; training with a leading national or regional firm is an advantage.
  7. Skills: A firm and functional knowledge within family law.
