Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Designer to join our team at Bigblue. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Revit drawings and technical documentation for commercial office spaces.

About the Role

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for commercial office spaces using Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into construction phases.
  • Bring expert knowledge of the commercial workplace market to inform designs and ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Provide leadership in the technical aspects of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Act as a point of expertise within the team, guiding and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable experience producing detailed technical drawings.
  • Experience working at a design and build firm or with a leading architectural practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial workplace sector, including current trends and design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
