Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Kiwi Bulford Barracks. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food services to our armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy working kitchen
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Details:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift pattern/hours: Early's 0530-140/Lates - Any Five out of Seven days
