Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Surveyor to join our team in Winchester, Hampshire. Our client, a leading property consultancy, is looking for an individual with a rural background to manage rural estates and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of rural estates and property portfolios
  • Collaboration with other teams, including Planning, Development, Valuation, Energy, and new clients
  • Pitch reporting and presentations
  • Development and identification of new opportunities with partners

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor MRICS
  • Knowledge of digital mapping programmes, such as Promap
  • Previous experience in Rural Estate Management
  • Rural/agricultural background beneficial

What We Offer:

  • Salary of £30,000- £50,000 DOE
  • Car Allowance £4,500
