Kitchen Porter Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Horse and Groom in Wilmington village, near Dartford in Kent. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of food and drinks
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve excellent service standards
