This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The company provides high-quality asbestos consultancy services to clients across the UK, including asbestos surveys, sampling, air monitoring, clearance, analysis, removal, and training. They cater to various sectors, from homeowners and domestic landlords to commercial landlords, the NHS, and large manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Air monitoring and fibre counting
  2. Undertaking 4-Stage Clearances
  3. Collecting site data using TEAMS software (training provided)
  4. Providing expert advice on best practices regarding asbestos management
  5. Consulting with clients to deliver tailored services

Requirements:

  1. BOHS P403 & P404 qualification or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in asbestos site work
  3. Strong technical understanding of accredited asbestos inspections and testing
  4. Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively
