About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team, working closely with students to provide tailored support and help them thrive in their learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting teachers in creating personalized learning plans
  2. Working closely with students to identify and address individual learning needs
  3. Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for education. Experience in education, childcare, or a related field is preferred but not essential. A degree or similar qualification is ideal for recent graduates.

Salary and Benefits:
