Job Description:

Randstad CPE London is looking for a highly skilled HSQE Advisor - Rail Construction to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience as a HSQE advisor in the construction and/or rail industries and be able to provide professional safety, health, environmental, and quality advice to management and employees in the Rail Division.

This role involves assisting and promoting Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment and Operational Safety leadership for all teams, providing timely and accurate data across the business, and ensuring compliance with policies and strategies across the function and audit compliance with legal and statutory regulations.

Key Duties:

  • Provide professional safety, health, environmental, and quality advice to management and employees in the Rail Division
  • Assist and promote Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment and Operational Safety leadership for all teams
  • Support in implementing the Behavioural safety and Safety Culture Change Programme

Requirements:

  • Experience as a HSQE advisor in the construction and/or rail industries
  • Valid PTS (a) qualification
  • Detailed knowledge of safety and operational issues

Annual Salary: £45,000
