Project Manager Senior Job Description

At ISS Facility Services UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Senior to join our Billable Works team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, statutory compliance, and ISS's robust processes, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works projects, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
  • Liaise with clients to develop project scope, planning, and change control.
  • Manage and oversee the project risk register, making recommendations and ensuring corrective action is taken.
  • Manage the technical interface between Operational Technical Teams, ensuring assets are fit for purpose for the environment and system.
  • Manage the process of updating asset information back to the asset team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment, with a strong understanding of RAMS.
  • Experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects.
  • Experience of estimating and costing, with the ability to present high-quality tenders.
  • Ability to understand key financials, labour, and material variables.
