We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Operator to join our team at Search Consultancy in Kirkintilloch.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
  • Oversee complete production processes
  • Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues, and perform minor maintenance tasks
  • Conduct quality checks and tests, ensuring related data is logged
  • Record production data on waste, machine downtime, quality, etc.
  • Maintain housekeeping in work areas to 5S standards

Salary Information:

A competitive salary of £14.17 per hour for a full-time contract is offered. Overtime is available at up to £20.31 per hour.


About the Role:

This role features a continental shift pattern, providing an excellent work-life balance. Permanent contracts are available after a probationary period.
