We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at St. Paul's Care Centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a unit to ensure the highest achievable standards of care are delivered to residents and that all nursing and care practices are evidence-based and reflect current trends.

As a Unit Manager, you will be a hands-on role model and leader for the care team, creating an open, positive, and inclusive atmosphere. You will also be expected to demonstrate positive professional practice and development and promote the rights of our residents to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a current and valid NMC pin number, and a qualification as a Registered General Nurse. They will also have a good understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, HSE requirements, and other relevant legislation.
