Job Title: Concrete Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to join our team at New Work Networking Spain S.L. Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to timelines and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project scope, estimate, and budgets for individual projects in collaboration with the division manager and general manager.
  • Work with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters, and other industry professionals to agree on project scope and cost.
  • Proactively communicate with management on project statuses, subcontractor performance, and supplements.
  • Manage and allocate in-house staffing resources and subcontractor resources to complete projects in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee job progress and communicate with management on any potential problems or issues that may arise.
  • Effectively operate and navigate through the Restoration Management System.
  • Split time between office work and field work, meeting with customers, estimating projects, and managing ongoing projects.
  • Utilize computer and internet skills to perform job duties.
  • Work with subcontractors to obtain bids for jobs and submit work orders for necessary repairs.
