Manufacturing Engineer - Henlow

We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Henlow, working on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll translate design concepts into actionable manufacturing solutions, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Innovate & Impact: You'll be at the forefront of exciting projects, from supporting our existing manufacturing lines to leading the introduction of new products. Your work will directly influence the production of critical equipment that supports our armed forces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day support to our operations staff, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  2. Be involved in problem identification and resolution for various manufacturing lines and projects.
  3. Play a key role in industrial validation, including FMEA and process proving activities.
  4. Manage design modifications and ensure configuration control across manufacturing documentation.
  5. Support non-conformance processes to uphold quality standards.
  6. Work closely with our design team during product development to ensure seamless Design for Manufacture (DfM).
  7. Develop tooling and update manufacturing instructions, ensuring all processes align with best practices.
