About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our catering operations to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of our catering services.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to control food costs and maintain profitability.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a contract catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and other relevant legislation.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as required.
