About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Support Assistant in a SEND-focused role. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and behavioural difficulties
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and well-being
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver high-quality support and interventions
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
  • First-Class Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related subject
  • Top A-Levels to pair with a degree
  • Eager to work with children with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Child-centred experience beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament
