As an Assistant / Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory management.

• Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
