At Yolk Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Solicitor to join our team in the charming coastal town of Porthcawl.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional service to clients. As an Estate Planning Solicitor, you will be responsible for drafting Wills, administering estates, and handling Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). You will also provide tailored advice on estate planning and tax-efficient strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with our experienced legal team to uphold the firm's reputation for outstanding client care and contribute to the growth of the firm through local community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Wills & Probate cases from inception through to conclusion.
  • Draft Wills and administer estates efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
