Principal/Senior Planner Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a well-established planning and landscape consultancy with exciting plans for the future.

Our client is seeking a Principal/Senior Planner to join their experienced planning team, working on a varied range of projects, providing strategic and tactical planning advice to clients at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert planning advice to clients on a range of projects
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results
  • Managing sub-consultants and conducting site appraisals
  • Building relationships with clients, local authorities, stakeholders, and local communities

Requirements:

  • Degree/Masters planning qualification
  • Robust knowledge of the planning system
  • Experience gained in the energy, waste, minerals, commercial, and residential sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
