Job Summary:

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in processing customer quotes, orders, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide customers with the highest level of service, ensuring that their requirements are met and that they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Order Processing: Process customer quotes and orders, ensuring that all orders are processed within the finance system correctly and that customers receive the correct product in the right place at the right time.
  • Procurement: Procure non-stock items from our supplier network to required quality standards and at best price to ensure correct margins are obtained.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, purchase orders, and sales return orders, as well as ensuring accurate data input for customer orders and supplier orders into the CRM/finance system.
  • Communication: Maintain customer communication at all times, ensuring that customers are informed of any issues or delays.
  • Team Support: Support and assist the sales team and other departments, using personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM/finance systems and other administrative software.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
