About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various accounting tasks, including processing purchase ledger, coding and posting invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase ledger, coding and posting invoices on SAGE, and resolve supplier queries
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and post receipts and payments from the cashbook
  • Assist with monthly management accounts preparation and approve purchase invoices by matching them with POs, delivery notes, etc.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements and produce the monthly payment run
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and provide support to the Senior Accounts Clerk and Group Finance Manager
  • Assist the Payroll Clerk
