Job Description:

Halcyon Health and Social Care is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our client's supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions. As a seasoned professional in the health and social care sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support in accordance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team culture
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with service users, families, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and service performance


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within the health and social care sector

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
