Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Hardware Design Engineers, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement solid delivery plans for electrical engineering and hardware design work packages.
- Optimize the allocation and utilization of electrical engineering and hardware design resources to meet project demands.
- Develop, maintain, and improve electrical design processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure high-quality resources for peak demands.
- Work closely with Manufacturing management and supervision to align processes, standards, and methodologies between departments.
- Recruit, train, and develop top Electrical Engineering and Hardware Design Engineers to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Hold a BEng in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant technical delivery or management role.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in electrical control systems.
