We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Deliver outstanding service during breakfast, afternoon, and dinner service, exceeding guest expectations and building loyalty.
  • Host guests in our Open Lobby, maintaining a spotless and pleasant environment, and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Serve hot and cold drinks from our Open Lobby and Starbucks outlets, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to meeting delegates and function guests, ensuring their events are successful and memorable.
