Job Description

The Mechanical Engineering Team Lead will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the design and implementation of high-quality mechanical systems and equipment. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new equipment and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new equipment and processes.
  • Lead the development of mechanical system designs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in mechanical engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new equipment and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in an engineering discipline is essential preferably in mechanical engineering (expected to be Chartered or working towards). Broad-based engineering experience is required to allow you to operate across many departments and processes (End to End Primary / Secondary Fill Finish and Utilities).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
