At AD WARRIOR, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Learning Support Assistant. This position plays a crucial part in supporting students with their educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to provide targeted support to students who require additional assistance. They will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide one-to-one support to students who require extra help with their studies
  • To assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
