Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, delivering great guest service and food quality, and leading and coaching the team to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
- Deliver great guest service and food quality, and manage complaints effectively
- Run a safe and compliant restaurant through regular health and safety checks and adherence to our systems
- Monitor and control business KPIs to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead and coach the team to achieve our high standards, delivering training and follow-up as needed
- Manage stock and ordering to ensure we have the right products at the right time
- Role-model our company values and create a positive working environment
We're looking for a great communicator with a keen eye for detail, who is passionate about making our guests happy and motivated to produce awesome food. You'll need to be a lead-by-example individual who drives standards, with a focus on cleaning standards and a pride in both your appearance and that of the restaurant.
Desired Experience- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Fast-paced kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership and coaching experience: 1 year (preferred)
