About the Role

We're seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at IP Source Ltd. As a key member of our service desk team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex IT issues, collaborating with our EUC Support Engineers, and ensuring seamless operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to clients, escalating complex issues to Senior Infrastructure Engineers as needed
  • Collaborate with our service desk team to boost efficiency and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Research and implement better ticketing systems, identify patterns, create new procedures, and update documentation
  • Work closely with EUC Support Engineers to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction

Your Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access policies, and desktop support using Microsoft InTune and Autopilot
  • Ability to support Mac operating systems and understanding of networking concepts
  • Experience with Hyper-V and VMware
