Experienced Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities- Interviewing candidates and providing guidance throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
- Delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in a defined area
- Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers
- Working with educational providers to promote Army careers
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilizing social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- IT literacy using Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Army careers and/or recruitment experience is advantageous
- Full UK driving license is beneficial
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the transformation of the British Army's recruitment service. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in improving the recruitment and selection process for both the Regular Army and the Reserves.
