Futures, a leading manufacturer of precision engineering components, is seeking a Precision Engineering Supervisor to oversee their busy machine shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist looking to progress their career and take on more responsibility.

As a Precision Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production planning process and supervising a small team of engineers. You will work closely with the directors and other engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the machine shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and previous experience as a working machinist.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a working machinist in a machine shop
  • Some supervisory experience (of people, projects, or customers)
