Senior Marketing Executive - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - East Grinstead. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing plans, with support from the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end event campaign execution, including planning, copy, creative production, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Create engaging content, including exprom, visprom, conversion, and exhibitor news emails.
  • Manage social media activity, content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Develop diverse content, including videography, photography, and graphics, and engage in live marketing content creation during events.
  • Ensure the website is up-to-date with logos, speakers' details, and general event content.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to support delivery of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Research competitor/market trends and report to the Head of Marketing.
  • Process and manage data within CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Support research and insight projects related to customer experience or brand development, including post-event surveys, certificates, and registration forms.
  • Develop on-site marketing assets, including print/digital graphics and digital screens.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in events marketing (exhibitions).
  • GCSE or equivalent - English and Mathematics at grade B/7 or above.
  • Level 4 or above business or marketing qualification (preferred).
  • Keen interest in the review and interpretation of marketing analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of email marketing tools.
  • Hybrid working.
