As a key member of our Human Factors team, you'll play a vital role in reducing the risks associated with human error and ensuring that our clients' systems and processes are designed with users in mind.
With a strong background in user interface design, ergonomic assessments, safety critical task analysis, and safety case support, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality technical reports and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and safety professionals to deliver exceptional results.
As a Human Factors Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from existing facilities to new builds and decommissioning, and will be supported by our flexible working arrangements and located across the UK. You'll also have the chance to travel to client sites and premises, both UK and internationally, depending on the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Human Factors Integration activities to support multi-disciplinary design projects.
- Production of Human Factors analyses and studies.
- Production of high-quality technical reports.
- Planning and managing work to meet technical, budget, and programme requirements.
We're looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Human Factors principles and their application in high-hazard concepts. If you have prior experience in Human Factors or significant relevant sector experience and are looking to move into a Human Factors role, we'd love to hear from you.
