Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per year

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:45 pm, and Fridays 8 am to 3:30 pm - a total of 40 working hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system / Sage data for all customers, suppliers, and products, including pricing.
  • Become a 'Super User' for the ERP system, developing reports and providing advice on ways that ERP data can be utilised throughout the organisation.
  • Book in goods and reconcile delivery notes with invoices.
  • Create and update customer and materials details on the system.
  • Maintain product pricing master lists and oversee the closure of non-buying customers.
  • Develop, produce, and manage reporting on ERP and Excel.
  • Offer support in identifying lapsed customers and potentially obsolete products.

About the Role:

Adecco is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ERP system, developing reports, and providing advice on ways to utilise ERP data throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
