About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our corporate client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, actively expanding our client portfolio.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored automotive solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials, providing crucial support for business development efforts.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote our dealership brand and expand our corporate client base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Group Corporate Sales Manager and team members to implement effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to our management team.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience in business-to-business sales within the automotive sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Drive: A self-motivated, proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a motivating and uplifting work environment.
