Key Responsibilities:

  • Goods Receipt and Inventory Management: Accurately receive, count, and record incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing errors.
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including stock movements and stock control using our ERP system.
  • Stock Allocation and Kitting: Effectively allocate stock and kit components into works packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Material Traceability and Shipping: Maintain accurate records of goods and materials, preparing materials for shipping to external processors and receiving goods after outside processing has taken place.
  • Packing and Dispatch: Pack goods ready for dispatch, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements, and book couriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as reasonably deemed necessary to support the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License: A valid forklift license is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of GCSE Grade 4 in English and Maths, and previous experience working within a warehouse environment or similar.
  • Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
