We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client, a well-established engineering firm in the UK building services industry. This prestigious company delivers high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions to clients across various sectors.

As the successful candidate, you will oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and lead a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in an Electrical Supervisor role within the building services or facilities management sector. A strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards (NICEIC or similar certification is advantageous) is also required.

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works on-site, leading teams, conducting site inspections, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proactive and solution-focused mindset and strong organisational skills.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor seeking to join a company that values quality and teamwork. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car/allowance per annum.
