Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Mainstream Learning Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with additional needs and be able to provide individualized support to meet their needs. You will also work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
In addition to providing academic support, you will also contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being. If you are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is around £15.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting student success.
