Join Hayward Hawk as a Commercial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Accountant to join our team at Hayward Hawk. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting business targets.

The Role:
  • Business partnering with the commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Providing weekly and monthly sales and margin analysis to inform business decisions
  • Supporting the commercial teams in driving revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to inform business planning
  • Collaborating with the FP&A Manager to develop and implement financial strategies
The Person:
  • Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified with a strong background in financial analysis and planning
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of commercial finance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
