About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading client who advises on complex commercial contracts, with a strong focus on supporting advanced manufacturing companies. You will be involved in all aspects of transactions and projects, including contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, data protection, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on contractual arrangements for strategic projects and day-to-day business
  • Develop and implement contract strategy to support business growth
  • Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with clients' in-house legal teams to provide an in-house style of service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracts
  • Expertise in contract law and commercial environments
  • Ability to deliver complex legal advice in a clear and practical way
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
