Job Description:

Hamilton Woods requires an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join their team on an interim basis. This position involves acting as the strategic lead and subject matter expert for all things fire-related within the Assets team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fire safety of a mixed portfolio of properties, identifying any fire safety risks, and delivering plans to manage the property portfolio's fire safety.

This includes overseeing fire risk assessments, action plans, inspection programmes, and performance reports. Additionally, the selected individual will analyse structure and maintenance, fire strategies, building compliance obligations, and customer safety.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fire safety management, managing building safety risks, and possess in-depth knowledge of fire, building, and structural safety related to Social Housing.

Estimated Annual Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
