We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Handyman to join our team at a static site in North West London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be able to carry out a range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating log books and escorting subcontractors on site.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving license
