Job Description:
In this key role as a Resource Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring ENGINEERINGUK has the right people in the right roles at the right time. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet the organisation's needs.

Your expertise will include analysing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce planning models to forecast future staffing needs based on business growth, turnover rates, and industry trends.

A successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential for success in this role.
