About the Electrical Maintenance Engineer Position

Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of site-wide electrical and mechanical systems. You will work collaboratively with our Engineering Manager to prioritize workloads and resource allocation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong fault-finding experience, expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements. Previous experience in a high-speed manufacturing plant is highly desirable. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include responding to breakdowns, performing planned maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, and conducting statutory checks. You will also be responsible for logging completed work, providing resolutions for ongoing issues, and maintaining site facilities while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £40,000 - £42,000, a day shift pattern, early finish on Fridays, training and development opportunities, and investment in the engineer's growth and success.
