As a Senior Project Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing subcontract orders, valuations, and final accounts. You will work closely with the project team, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing subcontract orders, valuations, and final accounts;
  • Coordinating with the project team, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and profitable project delivery;
  • Maintaining accurate records of dates, valuations, issue of certificates, and receipts of payment;
  • Pricing and agreeing variations throughout the contract;
  • Ensuring retention monies are promptly released at the correct time;
  • Maintaining contractual correspondence and records to protect the company's commercial position;
  • Providing financial reports and updates to the management team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Membership of a recognized construction professional body (MCIOB, MRICS, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
