You will work closely with the project team, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontract orders, valuations, and final accounts;
- Coordinating with the project team, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and profitable project delivery;
- Maintaining accurate records of dates, valuations, issue of certificates, and receipts of payment;
- Pricing and agreeing variations throughout the contract;
- Ensuring retention monies are promptly released at the correct time;
- Maintaining contractual correspondence and records to protect the company's commercial position;
- Providing financial reports and updates to the management team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification;
- Membership of a recognized construction professional body (MCIOB, MRICS, etc.);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In return for your expertise and experience, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
