At Protek Security, we are specialists in the Fire and Security industry based in the South Coast. We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our team.

Your Role:

As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, access control systems, automated gates, and barriers across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, repair, and maintain systems from leading brands like Dahua, Texecom, and Paxton.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest quality of work from start to finish.
  • Field-based role covering Southampton, New Forest, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional variations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Fire and Security industry.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • IT literate, with a strong grasp of app technology.
  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, and domestic projects.
  • Good customer service experience.
